The Project at a Glance
Finding Thailand needed a fully custom real estate and relocation platform that could serve as both a property discovery engine and a trusted lifestyle guide for international buyers, digital nomads, and retirees. The site needed to balance luxury positioning with practical utility — showcasing high-value properties while also providing deep resources on visas, insurance, and life in Thailand.
The client had no existing digital presence. The site had to be built from zero — domain, hosting, brand identity, architecture, and all content — while simultaneously establishing authority in a competitive expat real estate market dominated by larger, established platforms.
Homepage Design
The homepage was designed to immediately communicate luxury and place — leading with a full-width hero that drops visitors into the feeling of tropical Thailand, followed by property category quick-links and a clear service architecture.
Discovery & Strategy
Before any design or development began, we conducted a thorough discovery sprint to understand the client's vision, the competitive landscape, and the expectations of the target audience — affluent international buyers with high discernment and low patience for poor digital experiences.
How We Built It
The project was structured across six focused phases, each with clear deliverables and sign-off points. This allowed us to move fast without sacrificing quality or creating technical debt.
Established the visual identity — logo system, color palette, typography, and tone of voice. Defined the full site architecture including navigation structure, page hierarchy, and URL taxonomy designed for SEO from day one.
Installed and configured WordPress with the WPResidence theme as the foundation. Set up hosting, SSL, domain configuration, CDN, and core performance plugins. Customized the theme's property listing system to match the client's inventory and filter requirements.
Built all core pages from the ground up — Homepage, Properties Search, Individual Listing Template, Blog, Resources Hub, and Contact. Custom CSS and JavaScript were layered on top of the theme to achieve the refined, luxury aesthetic that off-the-shelf themes cannot deliver.
Uploaded and configured all property listings with full metadata, photo galleries, map integration, and pricing. Authored the core resource content covering visa types, health insurance, transport, and area guides for Hua Hin, Khao Tao, Koh Samui, Phuket, and Chiang Mai.
Implemented on-page SEO across all pages and listing templates. Integrated contact forms with CRM pipeline for lead tracking. Set up Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and schema markup for property listings to enable rich results in search.
Conducted full cross-browser and mobile testing. Ran Lighthouse audits and optimized images, code, and caching to achieve high performance scores. Completed final client review rounds, applied all revisions, and executed a staged launch with zero downtime.

The property search experience was built for clarity and speed — filterable by type, location, price, and bedroom count, with each listing card designed to surface the most decision-relevant information at a glance.
